- Customer Service Support 客服
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities;
- Receive and handle customer enquiries in a very patient manner.
- Make quotations &keep well communication and support sales to win the orders
- Involve in all the order follow-up process to push on time delivery,
- Release sales order in E-com system, involve in all the order follow-up process;
- Coordinate with corresponding departments and ensure goods on-time delivery;
- Timely follow up and solve customer complaint /claim;
- Maintain ERP system and E-Com system
- Estimate/forecast sales value according to the sales orders on hand every week,
Requirements:
- 3-5 years working experiences in order processing or customer service,and 3 years experiences serving for European or American company is preferred;.
- Good command of English communication skills;
- Proficient in ERP system.
- Highly self-motivated, good team spirit, willing to learn
- Good communication skills internally and externally both verbally and in written form
