职位说明：
EH&S 工程师（环境，健康，安全）
Job description:
1.Managing the EHS function within Kunshan plant, drive implementing good practice of working safety in each department. Ensure plant be compliance with government and Company’s EHS policies/regulations.
2.Maintain the certificates of ISO 14001 & OSHA 18001. Complete certification of Responsible Care 14001 in 2010.
3.Managing the daily repair and maintenance work to ensure 0 hours of downtime due to machine failure. Implementing preventive maintenance approach. Be cost conscious while arrange daily maintenance work.
4.Taking the role of process engineer to assist Operation Manager managing the production, take the lead to optimize process.
5.Supervision of security company’s work to ensure the gate keepers are aware and fulfill Ashland’s requirements.
6.Fulfill other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree or above with Major in Chemical, Mechanical or other Technical Degree
2.At least 3 years EHS engineer experience as professional EHS engineer or operation supervisor
3.Good command of Both oral and written English
4.Good computer skill
